Nick Dunn

Nick Dunn, CPA, is an accomplished professional in international tax, currently serving as the International Tax Director at PHINIA since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager International Tax, International Tax Manager, and Senior International Tax Analyst at Dana Incorporated from July 2015 to June 2023. Prior to Dana, Nick worked as Tax In-Charge at Plante Moran from January 2013 to July 2015. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, a Master of Accounting in Taxation from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the same institution.
