Heri Purnomo has extensive experience in IT infrastructure, data, voice, video, network, and unified communication. Heri is proficient in installing and configuring various systems such as Genesys Contact Center, Avaya PBX, Cisco switches and routers, Avaya IP Telephony, CCTV HikVision, MikroTik, WiFi, and more. Heri has a strong practical skill set in software, operating systems, hardware, networking, LAN cabling, printers, wireless LAN, CISCO devices, and VoIP networking. As an experienced IT professional, Heri has a background in lecturing and has worked as a lecturer and IT network support at Politeknik Caltex Riau and Politeknik Caltex Riau - EEPIS ITS.
