Mas'ud Ulum is an experienced professional in software engineering and digital transformation, currently serving as the Managing Director at PHINCON since October 2013, where responsibilities include managing the Digital Transformation and Middleware divisions. Mas'ud has a strong passion for coding, also playing a significant role as Middleware Division Manager prior to the managing director position, overseeing multiple departments and generating strategic business plans. Previous experience includes a Senior Technical Consultant role at PT. Mitra Integrasi Informatika, where notable projects included CRM integration and SOA reorganization for major clients, and serving as CEO for Stupid Technology, inc. Mas'ud's technical leadership experience extends back to various roles in software engineering at companies such as PT. Sisindokom Lintasbuana and PT. Soltius Indonesia. Mas'ud holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya.
