Lucas Sierra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and business development. Currently serving as COO at PhishFort since September 2020, Lucas provides strategic direction and oversees various operational processes. Prior roles include Head of Sales and Business Development, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and enhancing client relationships. As a co-founder of Videias - Vídeos Corporativos, Lucas managed finance and marketing, contributing to market solutions in Brazil. Previous experience at MEGSA involved senior product analysis related to the gas industry and process analysis for system development. Lucas holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Specialization in Electric and Natural Gas Markets from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, along with a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge.
