Chris Y. has a diverse work experience in the field of growth marketing and CRM. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Account Executive, specializing in email marketing at Iris. They then moved on to Leo Burnett, where they served as an Account Executive in CRM and digital marketing. In 2016, Chris joined HappyFresh as a Growth Retention Marketer, focused on implementing CRM strategies across multiple markets. They later became a Growth Marketing Manager, leading regional automated CRM programs and collaborating with engineering and product teams. Chris then joined Badi as a Growth Marketing Manager, working with data scientists on rapid experimentation and CRM lifecycle marketing. After that, they worked at Vista as a Senior Email Marketing specialist. In 2022, Chris became the Head of Growth & CRM at BLING. Chris Y. graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they obtained a Diploma in Multimedia Technology from Singapore Polytechnic. In addition to their formal education, Chris Y. has obtained several certifications including Braze Certified Administrator and Braze Certified Marketer from Braze in December 2022, and Google Cloud Certified in G Suite from Google in July 2019.
