Steve Ponte is a seasoned Chief Executive Officer with over 15 years of experience in financing, construction, and development. As the CEO and Co-owner of PHL Capital Corp, Steve is a key player in Canada's real estate focused investments and non-bank lending products. With a background in relationship management at TD Commercial Banking, Steve also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Simon Fraser University. Steve has held leadership positions such as Past President at BC MIC Managers Association and currently serves as a Board Member at the Canadian Alternative Mortgage Lenders Association. Steve also takes on the role of CEO and Ultimate Designated Person at PHL Financial Group Ltd.
