Jade Marishel

Jade Marishel serves as the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Phocas Software since July 2021. Previously held the title of Director (Legal) at PwC Australia from January 2020 to July 2020 and worked as a Freelance General Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel between August 2015 and January 2020, providing legal services to various large corporates and SMEs. Earlier roles include General Counsel at Novotech, Legal Counsel at NEHTA, and Assistant General Counsel for Booz & Company, alongside significant positions at PBL Media, Baker & McKenzie, and Arnold Bloch Leibler. Jade Marishel obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, completing studies in 2002.
