Joseph Troxell

Joseph Troxell has extensive experience in IT and network administration, currently serving as a Network Administrator at Phoebe Ministries since January 2015. Joseph's responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Cisco ASA/FTD Firewalls and implementing the Cisco Firepower FMC Intrusion Prevention System to enhance network security. Previous roles at Phoebe Ministries also included Technical Support Specialist II and Support Technician, where Joseph managed telecommunications systems and provided Level II IT support. Prior to this, Joseph worked as a Certified Onsite Technician at Staples, offering remote and onsite support for small office and home devices, and held various positions in customer service and technical support roles. Joseph holds a certification in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from Lehigh Career & Technical Institute and a high school diploma from Catasauqua Senior High School.
