Spencer Austin is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations management, engineering, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Operations Support Manager at Phoenix Communications, Inc. since June 2021, responsibilities include overseeing a team of schedulers and optimizing workflow for over 100 employees in the fiber optic construction sector.
