Harry Wilklow has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Harry began their career in 1977 as a Military Intelligence/Counterintelligence Officer in the U.S. Army, where they served in different positions and gained expertise in tactical intelligence. After leaving the army in 2001, they worked as an Adult Education Teacher in the State of Georgia for a year. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Subject Matter Expert/Knowledge Engineer at Engility formerly Dynamics Research Corporation, conducting knowledge acquisition and engineering for the development of the OneSAF Simulation.
In 2005, they joined General Dynamics Information Technology as a Site Manager, overseeing modeling, simulation, and digital training activities at the Fort Stewart Mission Command Training Center. Harry managed a team of employees and directed training projects ranging from individual classes to large-scale simulation exercises.
From 2010 to 2015, Harry worked at Engility Corporation in multiple roles. Initially, they served as a Models and Simulation Analyst, scripting and creating scenarios in OneSAF and generating unit compositions for use in simulations. Later, they became a Lead Scenario Developer, creating scenarios and managing training execution using collective simulations. Harry also assisted in planning and coordinating multi-national simulation training events.
From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Greystones Group as a Military Analyst/Cyberspace Analyst. Harry'sresponsibilities included scripting lesson plans and scenarios, developing planning exercises, and supporting scenario writing and mission planning courses.
In 2018, Harry joined Cole Engineering Services, Inc. as a Senior Test Engineer. In this role, they supported the design and creation of software test cases and procedures, performed various levels of testing, and developed test plans and reports.
Most recently, in 2020, Harry joined Phoenix Logistics, Inc. as a Test Engineer. Further details about this role are not provided.
Harry Wilklow obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Northern Michigan University in the years 1987 to 1989. Harry later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, Harry Wilklow obtained certifications in A+, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist (CSIS), Network+, and Security+ from CompTIA in the years 2021 and 2022.
