Joshua Starr

Joshua Starr currently serves as the Head of Operations at Phoenix (YC W21) since August 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua held the position of COO at FirstHx from November 2021 to August 2022, and worked as Chief of Staff at both Ace Beverage Group and Ace Valley, which were acquired by Pernod Ricard/Corby and Canopy Growth respectively. Joshua's earlier experience includes roles at Medcan, where management of the P&L for flagship products took place, and positions at Diamond Integrated Marketing, Kognitive Marketing, The T1 Agency, and RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust. Joshua holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, along with an Honours in Business Administration from the same institution.
