Liz Carter

Liz Carter has extensive experience in the field of addiction support and digital learning. Currently serving as a Digital Learning Content Creator and Manager at Phoenix Futures since August 2019, Liz oversees a team of drug and alcohol practitioners at HMP Norwich and is also a trainer and subject matter expert for the organization. Prior to this role, Liz worked as a Drug and Alcohol Practitioner at RAPt from July 2010 to August 2019, and as a Program Facilitator with Liz's Majesty's Prison and Probation Service from March 2003 to October 2009, where program delivery included cognitive-behavioral therapy-based initiatives. Liz has a solid educational background with a BA (HONS) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Music from Bangor University, obtained between September 1996 and June 2000.
