Elsa Yahya

Elsa Yahya is currently the Group Legal Director at Phoenix Group since February 2023. Prior to their current role, Elsa worked as an Independent Legal Advisor at Emaar from December 2020 to January 2023, and as the Head of Legal at Ajman Holding during the same period. Before that, Elsa served as a Private Legal Advisor to the Private Office of HH Sheikh Abdulaziz Rashid Alnoaimi at a Private Family Office from July 2020 to January 2023. Elsa also held the position of Head of Corporate Commercial at Hamdan Alharmi & Associates from September 2014 to June 2020, and was an Associate at HaidermotaBNR & Co. from March 2013 to June 2014. Elsa obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London in 2011.
