Carolyn Gall

Carolyn Gall currently serves as the Head of Business Resilience at Phoenix Group, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this, Carolyn was a Programme Manager at Standard Life Assurance, part of Phoenix Group, from November 2015 to December 2019. Carolyn's career began at City Link, where professional roles spanned over a decade, including positions as Lead Project Manager and Infrastructure Manager. Skills include project management from initiation to closure, financial oversight, risk management, team leadership, and coordination of third-party suppliers. Carolyn also managed IT infrastructure and supported significant relocations during the tenure at City Link.
