Chloe Reilly

Chloe Reilly has a diverse work experience in the financial and consulting industries. Chloe started their career at PwC in 2015 as a summer intern, where they gained experience in operations and portfolio management. In 2016, they became a management associate at PwC, specializing in project management and operations. Chloe played a key role in developing benefit management across projects and contributed to the strategic review of a FSTE 100 company. In 2017, Chloe joined Phoenix Group as a project analyst, before being promoted to regulatory relationship consultant and operational governance manager. Chloe provided coaching and education sessions on regulatory themes, coordinated reviews from the FCA and PRA, and ensured the business met regulatory expectations. Since 2023, Chloe has been serving as the head of risk reporting and governance at Phoenix Group.

Chloe Reilly obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their A levels at St Peter's RC School Solihull from 2011 to 2013.
