Gav Dosanjh

Gav Dosanjh is an experienced security project manager currently at Phoenix Group since April 2022. Previously at ReAssure from June 2011 to April 2022, Gav served as an IT Programme/Project Manager focused on cyber security, overseeing an IT security portfolio and managing complex projects to align with the company’s Cyber Defence Programme. Responsibilities included project scoping, prioritization, resource management, and presenting to the Board. As a Project Lead, Gav led workstreams on a £10m system upgrade project, facilitating the replacement of outdated tools and significantly enhancing cost efficiency within the Change Management Division. Gav's early career at DPD UK featured a role as a Strategic Security Analyst following a stint as an Actuarial Analyst. Gav holds a BSc. Honours in Mathematics from Nottingham Trent University.
