Ann-Marie Foster

Ann-Marie Foster, FACHE, currently serves as President & CEO of Phoenix House since October 2017. Prior to this role, Ann-Marie Foster held various positions at NYC Health + Hospitals from December 1999 to September 2017, including Senior Associate Executive Director, where responsibilities included the administration and management of 359 beds within the Psychiatry Departments. Further experience includes serving as Associate Executive Director, overseeing clinical services across multiple specialties, and Senior Associate Director roles managing surgical services and network pathology for acute care facilities. Ann-Marie Foster holds a Master's of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Utica College of Syracuse University.
