Athila Ariyaratne

Athila Ariyaratne is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in production and process improvement. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Phoenix Industries since April 2010, Athila oversees all aspects of the InLoop operation, including factory, administration, and sales and marketing functions. Prior roles include Manager of Process Improvement and Projects in the PMO at Phoenix Industries, along with various production management positions. Earlier career experience includes roles at Kamal PVC Industries as Assistant Production Engineer and at Unilever as Industrial Engineering Assistant. Athila holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from the University of Peradeniya and completed advanced secondary education at S. Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia.
