Kalindu Kithmina Shisara is a skilled professional in mechanical engineering with a Bachelor of Engineering Technology Honours in Mechanical Engineering from Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka, obtained in 2021. Currently serving as a Mould Maintenance Engineer at Phoenix Industries since January 2023, Kalindu has previously worked as an Engineering Technologist at Naratha Agro Industries Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included implementing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for various machinery and supervising maintenance and project works.
