Priyanjith Perera B.sc Engineering

Priyanjith Perera holds a B.Sc in Chemical & Process Engineering from the University of Moratuwa and an MBA from the University of Colombo. Since 2015, Priyanjith has served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Process Development at Phoenix Industries, contributing to the Corporate Leadership team and providing strategic leadership for process development and engineering. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Manufacturing at Eminent Feats, where Priyanjith achieved a 20% reduction in operational costs and enhanced worker productivity by 30% through lean process development and a Kaizen culture. Before that, Priyanjith was a Senior Operations Manager at The Beira Group, overseeing multiple manufacturing plants and fostering strong partnerships to ensure seamless operations.
