Nadia Alvarez

Nadia Alvarez is a co-founder of Phoenix Labs, an R&D company established in June 2023, focusing on smart contract development for DeFi protocols. Previously, Nadia served as the Head of Growth and Business Development for Latin America at MakerDAO from 2018 until May 2023, where responsibilities included fostering relationships and promoting MakerDAO's mission of economic empowerment through blockchain technology. Earlier experience includes roles in business development at Wolox, account management for Banca at Red Hat, and several sales positions at IBM and Oracle, where Nadia contributed to financial services and multiindustry sales.
