Pamela Berger- Burrows

Pamela Berger-Burrows has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as HR/Operations/Business Development at Phoenix Marketing International since March 2016. This global marketing services firm specializes in providing tailored insights in product innovation, customer experience, and brand communications. Prior to this role, Pamela held the position of Human Resource Director at Sterling Research Group, where responsibilities included staffing, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development. Pamela's career began at Wal-Mart, where from September 1990 to April 2010, responsibilities encompassed various HR functions, including recruiting, policy enforcement, and community involvement.
