Paul Kultgen is the global leader for Phoenix Marketing International’s Marketing Performance Platform, Brand Effect. He recently joined Phoenix Marketing International from Nielsen as part of the acquisition of Nielsen’s TV Brand Effect business. In his role, Paul leads the product, technology, solution analytics consulting and commercial team, with a focus on building state-of-the-art tech enabled marketing measurement solutions and client engagements across the globe. Paul also heads efforts to identify new partnerships and acquisitions to continue to evolve Phoenix’s solution offerings.
Before Phoenix, Paul was EVP, General Manager at Nielsen, heading up its Marketing Effectiveness practice. Before Nielsen, he held a career in Product Development and Brand Management at Kraft Foods, and later held a global Senior Executive role with Ogilvy.
Paul holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
