Joseph Wilbert Gatchalian

Joseph Wilbert Gatchalian has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 2006, they worked at Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation as a B2B, Lubes, and LSC Training Focal until 2009. Joseph Wilbert then joined Manpower Resources of Asia, Inc. as a Training and Organizational Development Officer until 2010, where they designed and conducted training programs and coordinated with the CEO for employee development. Joseph Wilbert then moved to Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation as a Retail Business Admin Center Operations Manager, responsible for managing downstream operations for the retail segment. In 2011, Gatchalian joined Isla LPG Corporation as an Account Manager, where they designed marketing activities, conducted trainings, and negotiated key accounts. Afterwards, they worked at CEMEX as a Sales Manager from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. as a Sales Manager for B2C Central Luzon.

Joseph Wilbert Gatchalian obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from SAN BEDA COLLEGE- Manila, majoring in Philosophy and Human Resources Development, from 2002 to 2006. Joseph Wilbert later pursued a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines School of Labor and Industrial Relations (SOLAIR) from 2011 to 2015.
