Ari Haaparanta

Ari Haaparanta has extensive experience in IT Infrastructure and Service Management gained over two decades. Currently, Ari serves as the Service Owner for IT Infrastructure Business Service Management at PHOENIX group, overseeing the Service Catalog and reporting on Service Delivery. Previous roles include Team Lead and interim Head of IT Infrastructure Service Management, focusing on Windows Core Services for a large pharmaceutical company. Ari also worked at Kemira as a Service Manager, enhancing workstation services across a global footprint and implementing ITIL processes. Early career experiences at Tieto involved roles from Department Manager to Delivery Manager, while the initial position at DataInfo Tikkurila was as a Salesman. Ari holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
