Dr. Christina Froböse has extensive work experience in various roles. Dr. Christina is currently the Director of Corporate Strategic Initiatives at PHOENIX group - Integrated Healthcare Provider. Prior to this, they worked at Schwarz Dienstleistungen, where they held multiple positions including Geschäftsführerin Innovation&Ventures, M&A, Inhouse Consulting, Leiterin Inhouse Consulting, Leiterin Personal, and Executive Consultant. Before that, they were a Principal at Santiago Advisors. Additionally, they founded and served as CEO of a startup in the medical technology field. Dr. Christina also worked as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
