Kerstin Sachers

Kerstin Sachers serves as the Head of People and Culture at HAAS Mediengruppe since December 2023, following a diverse career in talent and HR development. Sachers has been self-employed as an Accredited Systemic (Business) Coach since May 2016, providing support in navigating uncertainties and personal growth. Previously, Sachers worked with PHOENIX group as a Senior Expert in Talent, focusing on innovative talent and leadership development amid organizational transformation, and held the position of Head of Talent and HR Projects, overseeing corporate initiatives. Earlier roles include HR Senior Expert at Roland Berger, specializing in global talent development, and HR Specialist at Svenson Haarstudios GmbH, along with expertise in personnel development and corporate communications at REMAG AG. Sachers holds a Diploma in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the International University of Applied Sciences and studied at ESMA in Barcelona.
