Les Fisher has over three decades of experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a crisis intervention detective and negotiator at the Phoenix Police Department since October 1988, where involvement includes working with mentally ill individuals in crisis situations. Additionally, Les Fisher serves as an advanced tactics instructor, focusing on firearms, pursuit driving, defensive tactics, high-risk scenarios, Taser usage, and physical fitness. Prior to this role, Les Fisher was a police officer and field training officer, responsible for supervising and training new officers. Les Fisher began a career in law enforcement as a military police officer in the US Army from October 1984 to October 1987 and has pursued education at Rio Salado College.
