Alfredo Alcala

Alfredo Alcala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial systems and Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations. Currently serving as Senior Manager Financial Systems at Phoenix Tower International since April 2019, Alfredo has also held roles as IT Financial Applications Manager and D365 - AX Specialist. Prior experience includes significant contributions at NORMA Group as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant for Financial Integration and at Dynamics Resources Inc as a Dynamics AX Financial Consultant, where project management and customer needs analysis were paramount. Alfredo's career began at Grupo Staff, where leadership roles in sales and project management for Dynamics AX solutions were undertaken. Alfredo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtained from 1981 to 1985.
