Cecilia Bravo has been working at Phonak since June 2006, starting as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Over the years, Cecilia has moved up to the role of Customer Success Representative III, specializing in credit and rebills. Prior to that, Cecilia also gained experience in customer service and order desk responsibilities. Cecilia attended Willowbrook High School and obtained their diploma in 2004.
