Aalok Kaushish has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, holding leadership roles in companies such as Phone.com, TelePacific Communications, and Cable ONE. Aalok'scareer progression includes roles such as SVP Product, Engineering & Operations at Phone.com, Manager of VOIP and Softswitch Engineering at TelePacific Communications, and Architect/Lead Engineer at Cable ONE. Prior to that, they also worked as a Technical Account Manager at IP Unity and as a Program Manager/Technical Lead/Associate at AmSoft Systems.

Aalok Kaushish obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vladimir State Technical University in 1996, followed by a Master's degree in Computer Science from Vladimir State University in 1997.
