Marcio Conceicao has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. In 2001, they worked as a System Analyst at Midiaweb until 2003. Following this, from 2003 to 2004, they were a System Analyst at HotList, contributing to the development of SEO technology. From 2004 to 2006, they served as an Identity Management Consultant at Qualityware Informática Ltda, working on various projects for clients such as Brasil Telecom and Claro. In 2006, they joined IT7 Solutions Technology as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, specializing in Weblogic and SOA and working with clients like Boticário and GVT. Marcio then worked at GVT from 2007 to 2012, initially as a DBA & Application Servers Support Coordinator and later as a Weblogic Server & SOA Administrator Specialist. During this time, they oversaw the support and operation of Middleware and ensured the availability and performance of production environments. In 2014, they joined Service IT Solutions as an Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator. In 2015, Marcio founded both PhoneTrack and Vinder®, where they hold the role of Founder & CTO for both companies. In their current position at PhoneTrack, they are responsible for designing and developing the product, as well as overseeing product innovations and operations involving AI and speech analytics. Overall, Marcio Conceicao has had a diverse career, with a focus on technology development and management.

Marcio Conceicao completed their education at two different institutions. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, although the degree obtained and field of study are unspecified. In 2012 and 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Management at Universidade Positivo. Additionally, Marcio has obtained two certifications from Oracle: the Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud 2014 Certified Implementation Specialist in March 2015, and the Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Certified Implementation Specialist in January 2015.
