Mary Murphy CXAD (Dip) has extensive work experience in customer experience and marketing roles. Mary began their career at eircom in 1998 as a Client Services Manager in the Consumer Market, where they developed and executed revenue-generating campaigns. Mary then moved on to various positions within eircom for business, including Head of Mass and Major Segments and Head of Premier Account Management. In these roles, they were responsible for revenue achievement and retention, customer satisfaction, and the management of sales teams. Mary also worked at G4S International as a Marketing Manager, where they implemented CRM systems, developed sales collateral, and managed customer acquisition and retention programs. Mary is currently the Head of Customer Experience at PhoneWatch, where they oversee customer satisfaction and drives improvements.
