Kristen Haines

Kristen Haines has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kristen began their career at CPR Connections in 2009, where they served as Director of Operations and was responsible for overseeing the business operations and employee management. Kristen implemented operational and sales processes that improved efficiency and contributed to overall growth.

In 2015, Kristen joined AromaTech Inc. as Director of Sales and Marketing. During their time there, they successfully increased business-to-business and eCommerce sales by 50% in 2017. Kristen also played a key role in product design and development, as well as branding.

In 2018, Kristen founded Wonday Creative Consulting, a business consulting firm that focused on assisting start-ups and small businesses with launching and scaling their eCommerce stores. Kristen provided strategic marketing guidance and operational strategies to reduce operating costs.

Kristen then joined Phonexa in 2018 as a Consultant in Sales and Marketing. Phonexa is a software company that offers marketing automation solutions. Kristen worked with direct advertisers and lead generators across different industries, optimizing inbound web and call campaigns, as well as outbound call, email, and SMS campaigns.

In 2019, Kristen also took on a role at MailCon, a niche community connecting marketing professionals. Kristen initially served as Director of Sales and Marketing, where they contributed to networking and thought-leadership opportunities. Later on, they became Chief Events Officer and eventually Chief Executive Officer.

Most recently, in 2022, Kristen returned to Phonexa as Chief Events Officer.

Kristen Haines attended the College of Southern Nevada from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Business Associates degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their college education, Kristen also holds several certifications. Kristen became a BLS Healthcare Provider Instructor through the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in January 2016. In the same month, they also received certification as a Medic First Aid Instructor from MEDIC First Aid Nederland. In August 2016, Kristen obtained their ISSA Personal Trainer certification from the International Sports Sciences Association. Kristen also holds an Early Childhood Education Certification from Early Child Care & Education, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
