Patricia Rivera

Patricia Rivera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and technical communications. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Corporate Quality at Phononic Inc. since March 2018, Patricia has successfully managed the Quality & Environmental Management System, overseen various programs including Corrective Action and Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives, and facilitated audits and compliance meetings. Previous roles include Business Operations Manager at Cisco, where Patricia employed PMI and Six Sigma methodologies for global operations projects, and Proposal Project Manager at SciQuest, Inc. and Nortel Networks, leading proposal teams to successful project completions. Patricia holds a Master of Science in Technical Communication from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
