Richard Moy

Richard Moy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and technology solutions. As the Managing Director of Phora Group since 2003, Richard has focused on designing enterprise business solutions tailored for small and midsize businesses, leveraging an entrepreneurial background to address unique challenges in this sector. Prior to this role, Richard co-founded ReCor Corporation, an IBM Business Partner recognized for its innovative computer-based training for IBM Lotus and Microsoft products, operating globally with significant impact. Additionally, Richard contributed to the IIT Research Institute as a Research Engineer, where leadership of the computer simulation laboratory involved developing software simulations for electronic defense systems. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
