Andrey V. Shibnev

Andrey was born in 1974. He graduated from the Ivanovo State University of Chemistry and Technology with a specialisation in Machines and Devices for Chemical Manufacturing and Construction Materials Enterprises in 1996. Andrey began his career in 1997 working as a production operator in fertilizer production at AmmoPhos in Cherepovets, Vologda region. He then was promoted to shift and floor supervisor. In 2004 Andrey became the leading specialist in the production development department. In 2005 he became deputy head of fertilizer production. Between 2010 and 2015 Andrey held various managerial positions in technical development and chemistry production development at PhosAgro-Cherepovets. In 2017 Andrey became deputy director at Balakovo branch of Apatit in the Saratov region.

In September 2018 he was appointed general director of Balakovo branch of Apatit.
