Siroj Loikov

Member of the Management Board, First Deputy CEO, PJSC PhosAgro.

Born in 1972. Siroj Loikov graduated from the Tashkent State Economics University where he specialized in international economic relations; he also holds a business management bachelor`s degree from Nottingham Trent University (UK).

Between 1996 and 2005, he held various management positions in British American Tobacco – both at the company`s headquarters in London and its representative offices in Uzbekistan and Russia. Between 2005 and 2008, Mr. Loikov served as Human Resources Director at Leman Commodities S.A. (Ukraine); in 2008-2009 was responsible for human resources development at Metinvest Holding.

From 2009 to 2011, he worked as Human Resources Director at CJSC Russian Standard. In 2011, Siroj Loikov was appointed CJSC PhosAgro AG Human Resources Director and between 2013 and 2018 he was Human Resources Director

Member of the Management Board of PJSC PhosAgro since 2013.

From January 2018 to March 2020, Siroj Loikov held the position of Deputy CEO of PhosAgro. In March 2020, he was appointed First Deputy CEO of PhosAgro.
