Soobum Park

Soobum Park is a seasoned VFX Compositor with extensive experience in the visual effects industry, currently serving in this role at Phosphene since March 2021. Previous positions include a visiting professor at Pratt Institute, where instruction focused on compositing and special effects, and various freelance VFX compositing roles on notable projects such as 'Hunters', 'In the Heights', and 'The Devil All the Time'. Soobum Park also gained experience with Psyop as a VFX Compositing & Lighting Artist and held internships at Passion Pictures and Gravity. Educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Computer Arts Animation & Visual Effects and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in the same field, both from the School of Visual Arts.
