Aaron Smidt

Aaron Smidt has a diverse and extensive work experience. Aaron has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

In 1998, they worked as a College Program Intern at Walt Disney World.

From 2001 to 2003, they were an Analyst in Investment Banking at Citi. In this role, they supported senior professionals in executing capital raises and advising clients on corporate strategy. Aaron had cross-border experience in Australia, Canada, India, and Mexico. The aggregate executed transaction value under their tenure was over $8 billion.

After Citi, Aaron joined Virgin USA in 2003, where they served as the Director of Corporate Development until 2006.

From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Perella Weinberg Partners, where they held the role of Director in Investment Banking. Aaron played a leading role in one of Wall Street's top technology M&A advisory groups. Aaron managed all aspects of transaction analysis, structuring, valuation, negotiation, and execution. Aaron'sprimary focus was on the technology sector, with additional focus on hospitality, gaming, and transportation. Aaron gained cross-border experience in various countries, including Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Singapore, UAE, and the UK. The aggregate executed transaction value during their tenure exceeded $100 billion. Aaron also successfully advised numerous companies on strategic alternatives and major transactions.

Lastly, since 2015, Aaron has been working at Photon Medical Communications, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors.

Aaron Smidt has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics, Finance, and Real Estate from The Wharton School. The dates of their education are not specified.
