Deepak Sharma

Deepak Sharma is part of the executive leadership team at Photon accountable for Strategy Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success. He leads with clients on shaping their digital innovation agenda. Deepak is instrumental in collaborating with clients on designing future consumer experiences and building joint transformation roadmaps with their major enterprise customers. He is responsible for shaping their industry-leading Customer Success model for services. Prior to Photon, Deepak was a Partner/Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting where he co-founded Deloitte's Customer Success practice focused on driving customer and digital experience transformations across a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. Before that he was an Associate Partner at IBM Global Services focused on leading customer experience transformation efforts across a large portfolio of B2B companies. Deepak has an MBA from R.I.T. (NY) and a B.E. (Hons.) Chemical Engineering from B.I.T.S. (Pilani) in India.
