Cassandra Rix

Cassandra Rix is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership coaching, people operations, and consultancy. Currently serving as an Associated Partner at phraktion and as the Chief Leadership Coach and Owner at The Resonance Coach LTD, Cassandra has held significant roles such as Associate Director of People Operations and Organisational and Talent Development Lead at Cello Health. Previously, Cassandra was a Senior & Principal Consultant at red kite consulting group and worked as a Product Manager at Trinity-Chiesi Pharmaceuticals. Academically, Cassandra attended Churcher's College, earning a foundation in Maths and Physics, and furthered education at King's College London.
