Marc Tobias

Marc Tobias is the CEO of Phrase Health, a position they have held for the past 5 years. Prior to Phrase Health, Marc was an adjunct assistant professor of emergency medicine at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, for 7 years. Marc also spent 7 years at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as adjunct faculty, research scientist, and clinical informatics fellow. Marc completed their residency in emergency medicine at Cooper University Hospital and was a staff research associate at UCLA Health System for 1 year 3 months.

Marc Tobias has a certificate in Biomedical Informatics from Oregon Health & Science University, a certificate in Clinical Research from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and a certificate in Clinical Informatics from the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Marc also has a certificate in Emergency Medicine from the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
