Jeff Bradley is a seasoned leader in customer experience, innovation, and brand strategy, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Phrasia since March 2019, where the focus is on leveraging deep learning to analyze unstructured data for performance insights. Prior to this, Jeff held significant roles at Aviva from March 2015 to December 2018 as Group Customer Experience Director and Chair of the global innovation practice, redefining the company's purpose and spearheading successful product initiatives. Jeff's extensive experience at Leo Burnett, where roles included Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer for China and Hong Kong, involved pivotal projects such as developing SKII’s brand platform and leading strategies that stabilized the AIA brand post-AIG bankruptcy. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Linguistics from Northwestern University and completed part of a Master’s in management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management before relocating to China.
