Chris Bays

Chris Bays is an accomplished professional in product management with extensive experience in the healthcare IT sector. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Phreesia since May 2021, Chris previously held various roles at PerfectServe, Inc. from September 2005 to April 2021, including Director, Technical Product Manager, and Market/Strategic Product Manager, where Chris strategically developed healthcare IT products in a rapidly growing market. As Director of Help Center Operations at PerfectServe, Chris managed a team of over 110 employees, supporting $25 million in revenue while retaining 100% of enterprise clients and increasing the customer base tenfold. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Industrial Cleaning Management, where Chris oversaw sales, support, and financial analysis, and developed an interactive web and IVR platform. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, graduating in 2003.
