Tara Markott

Tara Markott, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Phreesia since January 2022, Markott previously held the same title at Fiserv, where responsibilities included strategic HR initiatives and management of talent development. At Softchoice, contributions spanned roles from Talent Development Manager to Senior Organizational Development Coach, focusing on employee potential and onboarding programs.
