Tracey Merchant

Tracey Merchant, CPA has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Tracey currently serves as EVP and CFO at PhRMA, where they oversee all areas of Finance and Accounting and leads a team of experienced professionals. Prior to this, Tracey has held various roles in renowned organizations such as IFES, AARP, and Pacificorp Capital. Tracey has significant experience in financial oversight, budgeting and planning, and managing international field offices. Tracey is known for their expertise in building and leading diverse teams and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and advisory partners.

Tracey Merchant, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting--CPA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 1979 to 1983.
