Elke van Mechelen is a Food Application Specialist at Phycom, focusing on developing plant-based food applications using microalgae as a functional ingredient. Elke is also the Co-founder of MAD TASTE, where they curate boxes of Madrid's favorite foods to share the city's artisanal spirit.
