Elke van Mechelen

Elke van Mechelen is a Food Application Specialist at Phycom, focusing on developing plant-based food applications using microalgae as a functional ingredient. Elke is also the Co-founder of MAD TASTE, where they curate boxes of Madrid's favorite foods to share the city's artisanal spirit. Elke has experience as a Teaching Assistant at NTC Madrid and as a Project Assistant at Greenport West-Holland. With a background in Food Technology and previous roles as an R&D intern and intern in quality assurance, Elke brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current roles.
