Terry M. Brasfield, JD, CMPE has a wealth of experience in risk management and leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Starting in 2003, they owned Anesthesia Business Management, LLC for over a decade. In 2014, they joined PhyMed Healthcare Group as the Director of Risk Management, responsible for identifying and evaluating operational and strategic risks, developing risk management tools and policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Currently, Terry is the Director of Risk & Quality Management for TN, KY, IN, OH at U.S. Anesthesia Partners, where they oversee risk and quality management for multiple states.

Terry M. Brasfield, JD, CMPE has obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Nashville School of Law. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from The University of Georgia. Additionally, Terry holds the certification of Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) from the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).
