Michael Muchnicki

Michael Muchnicki serves as the Chief Executive Officer of myphysician360 since July 2023, focusing on enhancing rural health care by integrating technology through local community pharmacies to improve access and quality measures. Additionally, since January 2014, Michael has been the President and CEO as well as a Board Member, providing advisory roles to health services and plans, emphasizing innovative leadership to boost financial performance and market opportunities. Formerly, Michael was a Board Member at Solstice Benefits, Inc. from February 2013 to May 2021, after which Solstice Dental was acquired by United Health. Michael also held CEO positions at UnitedHealth Group from April 1995 to May 2005, leading significant changes and performance improvements in Ohio, Louisiana, and South Florida. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and has further education from The Wharton School.
